Tuition and Fees
St. Mary on the Hill Catholic School (SMCS) is the parish school and the largest ministry of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church. St. Mary's is a Stewardship parish where all ministries belong to and are the responsibility of the entire parish. Enrolling your child/children at SMCS is a partnership among the family, the parish, and the school. A Catholic school education is a privilege and not a right.
Families, who are active members of St. Mary on the Hill parish for at least one year, may be eligible to attend the school under Stewardship. Specifically, what is expected of all of the families in our parish is to:
- attend Sunday Mass and Holy Days of Obligation at St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church,
- participate in the sacraments,
- actively participate in parish ministries, and
- make and keep a good faith financial commitment.
School families who are not active members of St. Mary on the Hill parish and non-Catholic families pay tuition. Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is provided below.
| Catholic | Non-Catholic | |
| 1st Child | $8,301 | $9,820 |
| 2nd Child | $7,151 | $8,442 |
| 3rd Child | $6,384 | $7,523 |
| 4th Child | $5,617 | $6,604 |
SMCS uses FACTS Management Company as our student information system. SMCS also partners with FACTS to manage payments (e.g. application fee, enrollment/reenrollment fee, tuition, before- and after-school care, cafeteria).
