St. Mary on the Hill Catholic School has an online application and enrollment process. 

New student applications for the 2026-2027 school year will be accepted starting December 1, 2025. Kindergarten students must be five years old on or before September 1, 2026.

The initial application window will close on February 2, 2026.  Applications submitted after this date will be reviewed based on available space. Important Dates for Applications Received by February 2, 2026, for the 2026-2027 School Year

December 1, 2025 - New student application portal opens

February 2, 2026 - New student application deadline (application, fee, copy of official birth certificate)
Applications received after the February 2, 2026, deadline will be processed if space is available in the grade level.

February 2, 2026 - Current Student Re-enrollment packets deadline 

February 2, 2026 - Supporting documents deadline (previous year's final report card, current year's most recent report card, most recent standardized test results, parish verification and teacher recommendation form (provided by SMCS) for first through eighth grade students) Placement testing for first through eighth grade students will be administered for all applicants. 

January-March 1, 2026 - Kindergarten readiness assessments and placement testing for 1st through 8th grade students.

March 1, 2026 - Georgia GOAL financial aid application deadline 

March 13, 2026 - Decision letters mailed (Kindergarten - 8th grades)
